Taylor & Sons were awarded the contract to refurbish the existing mitre gates at Kings Arms Lock in Exeter by Exeter City Council.
The contract included supplying stop logs to allow work on the existing mitre gates to proceed in dry conditions.
Refurbishment included removing debris and silt from around the gates, replacement of seals and re-painting.
Taylor & Sons used their in-house capabilities to carry out all of the above.
